When I change the option for one profile it makes all the changes for all profiles. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, and have posted it somewhere else, as well as on a different forum. Still have no explanation/fix for it.

Better to add a profile instead.

Actually, it doesn't appear to be a bug at all. It seems to be working as advertised. What they don't give you with this phone is the option to edit of the canned profiles separately from each other. If you noticed you can't even have different rings, volumes or anything else for in and out of the holster.

this will need to change with next OS upgrade! I am revolting!

I understand what you are saying, but I changed the Loud profile and it changed all of them. With that said, I can not change the vibrate profile to vibrate etc...they all do the same thing---now what?

I haven't been able to get a profile to operate correctly yet, when I select "vibrate" it vibrates once and then rings, on any profile. If I do the "custom" option, it vibrates at whatever number I have selected (3,5,10) and then rings. Surely this profile delimma is going to be corrected soon. I enjoy some aspects of the phone, but this is enough for me to return it.
