Default Uninstalling apps?

Please Login to Remove!

How do you do it? I don't use all the instant messaging apps and would like to remove a few of them.

Also, When you format the Micro SD, shouldn't it make folders for ringtones and what not? My card shows nothing after a format and no files after I copy files to it.
