The demo unit in the store I went to yesterday sometimes required multiple pushes to get it to work. It could be that it had been mishandled by all the customers, or it could have been the lag in the phone. The device was freezing up for a second or two, then resuming normal operation. I noticed this while typing a few messages as well. The letters I typed would seemingly not be recorded, and suddenly they'd all catch up in one big rush.

You guys are lucky. My menu button and end button doesn't work. I have a replacement on the way but it sucks that I have to deal with this issue on a new phone. I also hope a software updates is coming soon.

My Menu button works about 20% of the time. The Back button works about 30% of the time. I found that if I power off and back on it gets better but after using various apps it gets worse until I finally have no menu button at all. Guess I have to try a replacement.

seems like a software/firmware issue, you seem to be experiencing lag issues, not a hardware one. Not sure an exchange will fix it.

I wonder if this can be traced any particular web page. For what it's worth I go for days where I have to hit the back button 3 times to get it to work, when I am looking at anything on foxnews.com. That's with the latest and greatest Firefox. All other sites work just fine. Bugs the bejesus out of me...
