i use slysoft and use .mp4 or .3g2 works for me

So I guess one can't drag an avi or mpeg file directly on to the microSD card from Windows Explorer & expect it to play correctly?
I'm sick of that bloated, buggy Roxio Media Manager.

For converting/ripping DVDs, check out AoA DVD Ripper. Use the iPhone format and you should be good.

Try cucusoft.com. I've used it for a few years and it's awesome.

Yes, I would highly recommend cocusoft as well.

with cocusoft, would suggest using the iphone settings for converting seeing that its a touchscreen that similar size.
