Old BIS accounts on phone, but no e-mail I use BES, and BIS. My BES is working fine. I have 3 accounts using BIS, and they show on the Storm, but none of the BIS e-mails are being pushed to the phone. I can go through the BIS setup on the phone, but I do not want to end up with duplicate folders for the bIS accounts. Any one have any suggestions? Should I run the BIS setup anyway, and take my chances? Michael |
You can re-send the service books, this will not duplicate accounts. |

Pull the battery for about 30 seconds then reinstall and let the device boot. Could there be an IT Policy in place preventing BIS email access? |
You have to change the device PIN on the BIS website. |
