Default Stuck in portrait mode when making a call?

Please Login to Remove!

I noticed that when I start making a phone call that the phone is constantly in portrait mode. I want to go to landscape mode for typing names and addresses. Has anyone else experienced this, or know of a fix?

It's locked into portrait mode for phone calls, ma'am.

Sorry!

... And I think it makes sense -- how else would you hold your phone while talking to someone using the earpiece?

Maybe the user has the person they are speaking with on speaker so that they don't have to hold it up to their ear. I for one use the speaker quite frequently so that I can also pull up notepad and make notes while on a phone call.
