Default Multiple Vibes/ Multiple rings???

Please Login to Remove!

It seems as if there are only options to change ring and vibe on/off. Is there any way to make the Storm vibrate more than once or ring a tone more than once?

Go to Sounds/Ring Tones and Alerts/Phone/Vib - Custom. You can select the length and how number of vibes. I wish you could have it ring and vibrate at the same time though.

Where do I find this, in options, or in the profile setup?

Profiles | Set Ring Tones/Alerts | (pick your alert) | Vibration - custom | change the "count" for how many vibes you want.

I believe all vibes will come before any ring sound, and I have yet to find a setting similar to this for ring sounds, which SUCKS.

Thankfully bbalerts seems to work, at least for missed calls and SMS messages, so I am able to get repeating alerts, WHICH SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE OS BY NOW, RIM!

OK, I was able to find it....thanks breakerfall. But still have the same problem with multiple "sounds" i like 1 vibrate and two magic bleeps when i get a message, but for now there is only one 1 "magic" beep. I guess i could manually edit the .midi file to loop, but isnt there an easier way?

Default multiple rings (Storm)

different ring tones last for different lengths of time. change your ring tone to get a longer ring. Hope this helps
