Is there a way that i can place the third party applications on the memory card instead of on the memory of the phone, like google maps and other stuff?

Anybody can help me out, really?.... I would just love for their to be a way for me to put opera mini or google maps on the media card since theres so much memory on it and leave my storm free of any third party apps....just to save memory you know....anybody know how to do this?

Unfortunately it can't be done. The media card is designed only for pictures, music, etc.
