Default Hidden search facility in email screen...

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone else found the hidden search facility on the email screen. select and hold (do not click, just select) a message and a second later you get two converging scrollbard on the message header and then the system searches for the sender showing only messages from that person.

Freaked me out the first time, but now I know what is going on, its kinda useful if you have a packed inbox like mine. Doesn't work in the "Messages" screen, just the email pages.

New to blackberry (this is my first) so I dont know if this feature existed in devices prior to the Storm...

It's a neat feature and been on BB's since I started using them. On regular BB's just hit Menu>search or search sender!

Enjoy!

Awesome, I never knew that functionality existed. Thanks for the tip.

Yeah, I found it, by accident, and its cool as heck, but now when I write a message, a little EN comes up on the screen to let me know I am using ENGLISH as my primary language, and I can't get it to go away :(
