Default Email Setup says "Contact your administrator"

Please Login to Remove!

I had my first BB (Storm) and returned it/ exchanged it. Now the new one wont allow email. It says the account is suspended and to contact administrator.

Is that verizon? Or BB? I called Apple Care (my mail is .MAC) and of course they had no idea...

Who is the administrator?

Thanks

Sounds like your carrier has suspended your BIS account for whatever reason. I would start there.

Probably because you returned the first phone, that PIN is still registered to the account. Go online and fix it.
