Default accidently duplicated my contacts on Storm

Please Login to Remove!

oops, I accidently duplicated all of my contacts. I went from 1200 to 2400 and now have two of everything. I think it was when I went to options, advanced options, enterprise activation a second time. Well anyway, how do I get rid of the dups? I have them all in my outlook and we installed the free version of Blackberry Professional Software express on our exchange server. It might have done this when we activated the first time since I already had my contacts transfered when I went to Verizon and got the contacts moved from my treo to the storm.

Can I delete all of them somehow and then download them again from my exchange server. I don't want to accidently delete my contacts from the server.
