Video Camera Problem

Everytime I record a video, it started out okay, but then after 30 secs or so, the phone freezes and my phone restarts. After it restarts, I go into the video folder, the file is there, but it won't play.

This happens to me every time, does anyone know why?

I can only record a short video. Over 20 seconds and I am venturing into a lock-up situation.

I have not found any helpful information yet.
