Angry Led Light Won't Turn Off

Please Login to Remove!

Ever since I got my Storm on Friday the Indicator light has been solid blue when the phone is locked. I tried turning the bluetooth off as well as the Indicator light but it still happens. Once i lock it the blue light comes on and stays on. KILLING MY ALREADY CRAPPY BATTERY LIFE! Someone Help!

Over the 11 Hours it took to put my music on the Storm i pulled the battery 30 times and several other times since then. Missing my 8830.

Nope didn't install anything on it. Blue light also stays on while it charges. HELP!

You should take it back to where you got it, or if you ordered it online, call them from a phone other then your cell phone, trouble shoot it, and see if you can get it replaced..

Yea I was hoping I didn't have to deal with the headache of the Verizon store after the 5 hours on line last friday. If anyone has any other ideas they'd be greatly appreciated. thanks!
