Unlocked Storm on AT&T browser not showing up?

Can anyone tell me what I am missing? I have an unlocked storm on ATT. I am getting all email and sms after sending the service books to the unit, but there is no icon for the browser. It says no browser is configured. Help!:?

This is a common problem when using unlocked devices on networks that don't support that particular model.

Yes. I have a data plan. Email and everything else works fine.

ATT doesn't have Service Books for the Storm.

i understand the service book issue but ids there a work around?
or one i could manualy load? what about tmobile
