Default All Alerts Quit?

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone ever had a problem where their Storm won't ring and/or vibrate when a call/text/email comes in? I took my Storm to the local Verizon store and they told me to remove the battery and put it back in and also turn all alerts off and then turn them back on. This does fix the problem for about a day then I have the same problem again.
I was just wondering if anyone else is having this problem or if anyone else knows of a fix. Maybe I have something set up wrong.

If does it on mine as well. I don't know what the problem is or why it does it. For me a batt pull is the only fix I have found. Hopefully a update will fix this cause its a pain in the you know what.

Default Storm wont ring

Me too and it's driving me mad.

It wont ring or alert me to any calls or messages. I've tried the battert out and resets but nothing seems to work.

I cant take it back to the store as I bought it in Florida and I live overseas.

Anyone any ideas?

Default No Audible Alert When In Holster

My wife is having a similar problem with 9530 Storm. When she sets any contact specific alerts, there is no audible alert when the device is in the holster. I worked with it for an hour or so last night and the only way I could get around it was to delete all contact alerts and stay with the active profile on all. That stinks. It sounds as if a firmware update is needed!

I'm having this problem as well. It does not happen everytime just at random.
