i found this small glitch while at work the first day the storm came out. when you set the phone to vibrate only, anyone with a personalized ringer will still ring threw. and yes i have it set to active profile. let me know if its just me or if you have the same issue.

previous posts have this information already, the only way to change on the storm is to create a custom profile with vibrate on all settings. on other blackberrys go to advanced in your vibrate profile and uncheck custom ringers.
