Will a Vodaphone branded storm work without any problems on the Verizon Network, as the Home carrier?

IIRC, no.

A roaming Vodafone will piggyback off AT&T's network.

The 9500 units do NOT have a CDMA radio in them. Therefore the Vodafone which is a 9500 will not work with any CDMA carrier.
