Where do you have the camera set to store them. Also 2 drives show up when you connect the 9530 have you looked at both of them?

Wirelessly posted

This may be an issue with file format not being recognized

man i've been trying to figure this out all day. Here again are my problems

1. When i connect my BB to my PC via the cable, and then open up MY PC > Blackburry there are two options, one is device memory and one is media card. My pictures i'm taking with the Storm camera are not showing up in either one. In my memory card there are two folders: documents and music. My music files i put on it are in the music folder and inside the documents folder is a WMPinfo XML document. In the device memory there is nothing.

2. On my DM when i click on Media it gives me three choices, VCast Music with Rhapsody, Media manager, and Blackberry Media Sync. I can click the START button on the VCast and the BB media sync but the Media Manager start button is greyed out. Anyone know why?

I hope someone can help solve my issues as the only way i have been able to get my pictures off my BB and onto my PC is to email them from my BB to myself and get them from my email on my PC
