| Verizon Tech support Please Login to Remove! Just got off the phone with them and I'm not too impressed. Some of you may have seen my posts about a problem with MMS texts. Basically when I go to a website, find a ringtone that I like, and then send it to my phone, I can't hear it when I first open it up. It's only after I play with the volume keys, as in going up and down, does it kick in. I could already have the volume set high to begin with, but I still wouldn't hear it unless I press the volume key either up or down. The guy with tech support said there was basically nothing he could do. What the heck is tech support for if he can't do anything? Pretty poor customer service if you ask me. He said I might go to blackberry.com and I might find something there. Wow, not good in my opinion. |
