I would get your stores upgraded to the latest release ASAP. I have been hearing good things about it but whenever I go into a store to play with the demo, awaiting the update, I usually end up with someone who starts using the demo next to me becoming completely frustrated with it, put it down and move on.

That's just one store and the times I go in and it's almost everytime. If that's happening all day and in all stores then well..., umm..., you are rapidly turning away potential customers.

How's that saying going..., you only get one chance to make a first impression?

.65 is their latest release. When they release something else I am sure they will upgrade to it.

The demos I have seen didn't work at all, so at least you got to work with a problemed device.
