Hi BBF -

I'm loving the Storm, but have a few things that simply don't work. What about you?

1. Flickr - It show it installed, but I have NO icon anywhere on the phone. I've reinstalled many times....nothing. I have the option to send pictures to Flickr, but unless I can specify my credentials....that option is worthless.

2. Media Player - My songs keep disappearing. The player will show every artist....every song...but when I click an artist....NO SONGS welcome me. I have to go to the FULL LIST of songs to listen to anything. Upon re syncing, it will repopulate and work again......and of course disappear again later. UGG.

1) Did you check the applications folder? Once you install it, and log in using your flickr/yahoo id, it should have a button labeled "Upload". My flickr uploader is working fine.

2) I don't have any problems at all with the media player. I use the iTunes media sync that BB offers.

Thanks for your reply. I have indeed checked the applications folder. Nothing is there. That's the whole problem....I can't enter credentials because I have no application....just the option to send pictures to Flickr.

I'm using the Rhapsody subscription, so I don't think I can use the iTunes option.

did you format the memory card ?

No, but I did do the firmware update. I think it has something to do with the desktop music application and Rhapsody....maybe they want to store them in two different places?
