Your screen input language somehow got switched to German it appears.

Check options>language and see that they're all set to English

check to make sure you are QWERTY keyboard, not QWERTZ.

The Storm is customizable for the Keyboard. I know the 9500 is so, perhaps the 9530 is as well?

Hi, I'm having the same trouble as well! I've also done what you have suggested and it still hasn't changed. Can someone give anymore advice or a solution? =]
