Storm Video Camera

Has anyone had any issues with the video camera on the Storm? I can record a video, store it and when I try to play it back I get "The media being played is of an unsupported format" and never plays. Ideas?

Have you tried a battery pull that usually fixes it.

I called Verizon yesterday and I guess this is a known bug for the non MMS resolution. I was told it will be fixed with the next OS release, but we know how reliable the CSR's are.:smile:

I am a bit confused. "Non MMS resolution"...
so if I didn't record vids in MMS resolution, there is no way of working around this error?

and a follow-up. Some videos I took while in NON MMS resolution play back just fine. Others... do not. Totally confounding me.
They are all stored in the same place (media card)
They were taken within 15-20 mins of each other
They are all about the same size... 4 to 5 meg

I can record and play back anything with MMS resolution (176X144)

I can record normal resolution (320X240) but I cannot play it back on my Storm.
