If you absolutely are convinced that you need to move from last week's .75 to this week's, here is what I would do:

- back up the Storm using desktop manager
- wipe out the Storm using JL_CMDR or the javaloader -u wipe command
- Load this week's .75 using DM (or Loader.exe on your PC)
- Restore the data backed up

Back your items through DM and your apps. To wipe it, go to your security settings, bb key, and wipe handheld.

That only wipes out customer data and not applications and the OS..

thanks njblackberry.. but i think i am going to stick with the beta only because i dont see anyone doing any better off the verizon .75.. i think i will just wait for the next os.. hopefully it comes out soon and it fixes alot of issues so people will be more happy with there storms and stop the bad reviews and the storm returns..

Good plan as you won't notice any difference. Lag is lag is lag.

you think that bb will ever create a whole new os just for storm instead of this ported one? i would guess that because it wasnt a os designed for the storm that is why it is laggy..

That would have been very nice - an OS designed for a great piece of hardware.. So far (obviously) I am disappointed in the Storm.

Well I had already installed the leaked .75 on my phone and just recently today installed the official version on the phone, the only thing that gets me is it only took like 5 minutes to upgrade, why is that? Would I have needed to wipe the blackberry to install VZW .75 over the leaked .75?
