Hi.

I was able to change my email signiture when I first got my phone to remove the "Sent from my verizon...".

I updated my software today and everything got reset. Now I can't find the option to change it.

If memory serves, you cannot do it from the BB itself. Rather, you need to log-in to your service providers website, go to their BIS page, choose your email account, and then adjust the signature line. In other words, find the Verizon BIS website and adjust there.

Yea, I was definetly able to do it through my phone. It was right off the email options page. Looks like the update got rid of it.

I went to the BIS page, put in my pin etc, but it said I was already registered. I had it email me my password, but it said I do not have a username or password set and to use my phone to access blackberry internet services.

What do I do now?

I had to call verizon to setup that account. I was able to change it once I was on there.
I for sure had the option on my phone before I upgraded the software this morning.

Setup folder->email settings->edit-> scroll dows and edit signature. 65, 75 and 76 all in the same location.
