Default Is the FACEBOOK icon visible in the "Applications" (not App Center) by default?

Please Login to Remove!

I deleted after installing it but the icon doesn't disappear...even deleting service books doesn't work after a battery pull

It's a shortcut to download the app that is likely built into the provisioning. I just hide it, takes up little memory so don't drive yourself crazy. Same thing for a few other social networking apps.
