Funny you should mention that. Tonight at around 11:30 PST, a message came up on my Storm saying something like "Visual Voice Mail is requesting permission changes" and a visual voice mail permission screen came up which showed everything as "allow". I escaped out of the screen, selected "Discard changes" and then my Storm froze. I had to pull the battery out.

First, what the heck is visual voice mail anyways? The user manual makes no mention of it.

Well I have had nothing but problems with my VVM. First few days of having it I loved it and it worked fine. Then something happened and I could no longer log in at all. Then the phone would never notify me of a new voice mail. Now I have to call my VM to find out if I even have a VM. Took it to the store and they could not figure anything out. So they ordered me a new Storm said to ship on the 15th.

Other than that I loved the VVM. Not getting my VM icon telling me i have a VM kills me as I talk as much as I email, text and IM. Its a company phone. I talk about 3500-4000 minutes a month. Unlimited minutes rocks!

I took my phone back to Best buy today, and they exchanged it for a brand new storm, I am currently setting that one up. I will let you know if there are any changes.

It wouldn't be happening to ask you for your key store password would it?

My VVM went down, but it was caused by a bad update. I had to wipe handheld and start from scratch
