Default A Big THANK YOU to everyone who helped ... but ...

Sincerely,
Thank you - to everyone who helped me get all the settings on my Storm to work the best way possible for my needs and uses. After almost three weeks with it, I've determined I've spent too much time acclimating to Windows Based Operating Systems on the Motorola Q.
Most of what I do is based around e-mails off several accounts that are all Windows based. In addition, our company will not add Blackberry as a host for e-mails, furthering my frustrations with syncing e-mail with servers for instant sync in real-time. This causes me to touch the work twice - negating the entire reason for having a PDA/Smart-phone.
In no way is this a negative post for the Storm - it's just my needs and the way they're already in play against the current functionality of the BB network. Sure the phone needs some hacks and they will certainly come in time, just as the "Q" from/for Verizon has morphed over the years into a great PDA.
It was a nice run, and I hoped for the best, but after returning the Storm today - getting an upgraded Q from my older model ... I am already more productive with e-mails.
Again, I thank everyone who took the time to explain (in detail) every little step without prejudice and with patience to every little nit-picking question we new-to-the-Blackberry-game asked.
This site has been a wealth of info.

All my best to everyone else.

Regards,

,
How do you manage your email? (if you don't mind me asking) I have a Motorola Q and cannot even create folders with it. The only way to keep messages seems to be to keep them in my inbox, and never remove them from the server (otherwise they will be deleted)

I am after a blackberry (any blackberry) asap.
