For some reason my status LED just quit working. When I receive any kind of message it doesn't blink red, when I switch it to show connection status it doesn't blink green, I have tried battery pulls with no luck. Its weird it was working fine yesterday and just stopped, I checked all the settings and toggled them on and off for my alerts with no luck. It does turn red when I do a pull, any ideas before I go back to Verizon?..thanks

i had this and it was due to the profile changed it to normal and is working fine now

Yup, definitely check your profile settings. Your LED corresponds to numerous different settings on your device. Its frustrating, I know. Especially since they, in one way or another, messed up the profiles on the storm.

I have checked all my profile settings and even tried to set up a custom profile...but still nothing..any other thoughts?
