Default certified like new replacement..

Please Login to Remove!

just got off phone with CS and they are telling me in order to get a replacement i would get a certified like new replacement as opposed to a "new" one. thoughts?

If it's your fault, then thats understandable....

If thats the case I would tell them that you want a credit for a new phone since you are now getting a USED one or they can keep it and cancel........

Thought I remember hearing that if it was before last Friday, then you would get a brand new one, but after that it was a Certified "USED" replacement.

Read that on the forums here I do believe.

Still a bunch of crap though, take it back to the store, tell them you want your money back if you cant get a new one, that should prompt them to give you a brand new one.
