Question Auto-Config

Please Login to Remove!

I have been trying to resolve the problem of the Storm not switching from portrait to landscape mode on 3rd party applications. Today, the tech support group at my vendor suggested that I disable "Auto-Configuration" in Options/Advanced Options/Applications. The problem, I do not see this option. Does anyone have any idea where this is located or how to access it?

Thanks 73

Try "Disable Compatability Mode" for whatever app you're having trouble with...

agree with breakerfall. 'Disable C Mode' has helped me take several of my (pre Storm) third party apps from useless to usable with my Storm.

Lightbulb Not the answer

I tried this long before I made this post. This was suggested by a developer at one of my software vendors who is trying to help. I have never seen it, but I get the feeling it is in their simulator. I may have to download the Storm simulator and see for myself Thanks anyway. 73
