Question Argh I broke down and ordered a Storm

Please Login to Remove!

I was actually at the ATT store in the middle of purchasing an iPhone and told the guy I just couldn't do it lol.

After weeks of bashing the storm I end up ordering one.

I left a iPhone 3G and AT&T to return to Verizon and the Storm. I don't regret it at all. In fact, I don't even miss the wifi feature, EVDO Rev A is plenty fast for my daily activities. Works great!

same here - ordered the Storm because I was frustrated with the iPhone 3G (mainly because it lacks tethering and because it won't run apps in the background). Was told I couldn't get one in Switzerland until the end of January, so I bought a Bold instead. Two days later a relative brought me one from Germany :-/

Anyway, so far my experience has been ambivalent - because my Storm has rather week 3G reception (in an area where the Bold gives me a constant 5 bars) I kinda miss WiFi. I'm also still getting used to the keyboard but I'm definitely getting better.

Welcome sir. I'm glad that you chose us. As much of an apple fan boy that I am, I still prefer blackberry over the iphone. It's a workhorse. nothing's better than this baby. ::holds storm firmly in hand::

Exclamation

I gave in to Vodafone and got myself on a two year contract with no regrets. The Storm is a workhorse and 97% of my stuff is email, so I'm happy!
