Hey BB Guys!

I'm a brand new BB user and I'm impressed with the Storm. Recently I got my e-mail set up. I got some word and excel documents sent to me and were perfectly fine when I DL and viewed. But for some reason my BB is having a hard time recognizing the files.instead of word it DL as .dat, but doesn't recognize it. Any help?

Most likely the file was not saved properly. Try sending yourself a properly named file. When you go to open the attachment you will get a popup which asks if you want to view or edit. Selecting edit takes you to Documents to Go, a great set of apps for dealing with Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. 73
