I did what I always to do update my blackberrys OS's and today it seems to be stuck.
I just got a Verizon 9530 to play with, and I downloaded and followed the instructions in the latest OS post.

Its at the Connect to Device ROM stage, and is currently Uploading RAM Image. The progress bar is at 100% but it will not move on.

What should I do?
Im afraid to unlplug it. but im not sure what else I can do.

Its been here for 2 hours.

have you tried the OTA update? That only takes 20-30 mins, depending on your signal strength

No I have never done that, I always do it this way.

What should I do now?
If I unplug it will it brick my phone?

Ok well I decided to unplug the device
I rebooted the computer
Pulled the battery on the phone, and let it restart.
the phone came up, and I did the upgrade again and everything went fine.
