4. Question 1: How do I find my pdf's or pdf folder locations on the Blackberry?

Without addtional software application, you can not open PDF files. The upgraded full version of Docs To Go has the PDF viewer but it costs addtional $$. Strangely however, if your emails have PDF's attached to them, you simply click on the attachment and you can view them. Hope this helps.
