Default got 3rd today but...

got my 3rd today but its been two weeks for me. this one is made in canada as opposed to mexico and is prd 21009 - 002 etc as oppposed to that other 1st hardware. does any of this matter? i will say this, my screen clicks nicely in all areas out of the box and do not need to do the screw trick at all?

When you sent them back did you include all the extras or just the phone?

Boy, Oh Boy, I'm lovin' my Verizon Storm made in Canada. Do you suppose Verizon has got their act together, at least a little bit ? I treat my Storm carefully, gently stroking its screen as if it were my good friend and traveling companion. Seriously, Apple talks about gestures on its devices, and the Storm is no different. Check out and seriously learn from

about the screen gestures / finger movements.

Still Questioning the return of all the extras, I need to know what others have done or not done and if they have been charged for it

I wouldn't send them back, personally. There's no reason for them to need to have them. Send the defect back, get it replaced, then life is good.

Got my replacement today in a brown box with nothing but the phone and a sim card. I have to say I am so damn happy i replaced it. The screen click is now perfect. The OS is .75 and is snappy as can be. Thank you Verizon! Replacement was easy as pie as i explained the issues I was having. They sent me a new one over night.
