New user. 1st post.
I have 5 email accounts on my Storm 9530. All 5 work fine, but 3 do not have any option to change email reconciliation settings. I mean, nothing on screen but email name at top. The other two have all the buttons (Delete on, Wireless reconcile, on conflicts) like they should. I have checked all my settings (again two show fine). When I go to the Blackberry/Verizon BIS site, I see that the 3 emails in question have the deleted items box greyed out in the edit section and say "Synchronization of deleted items is unavailable because Wireless Reconciliation is disabled on your device."
I am lost since all 5 work and 2 I can still chsnge options such as delete on handheld only, mailbox or both, so wireless reconciliation can't be turned off.
I have repushed the mail accounts and in the host routing table, did the register again (as read on forums). I have done battery pulls. I have reload .75 update.
I have owned 2 prior Blackberrys (Pearl, Curve) and never had this happen
Anyone answer this one for me?
