Default update failed

Hello everyone

I've had my storm 1 week now and love it, the main downside for me is the poor signal strength, which means I drop at least 3 calls a day.

Anyway all was working ok until I was notified that there is a os update by the manager. Started the update and I noticed that the phone screen said it had failed. But when I try another update it seems to be up to date !

I now cant send emails, I get the screen

No message services configure. You will redirected ..................

I follow this but at the end I get,
this account has already been added to your blackberry internet service.

This happens every time I try to create an email account.

Is there a way to force the update to reinstall ?

Current os 4.7.0.78

thanks in advance

To clear the account already being created message you should log into you should log into your BIS account and either remove and then re-add that account or resend your service books.

I personally would backup and wipe the phone and reinstall the update just for peace-of-mind sake.
