Default Please help-- my e-mails aren't coming through---

Please Login to Remove!

Starting this weekend I've noticed that my e-mails aren't coming through regularly like they used to.

They are lagging a wholle lot to say the least, last night like 30 e-mails came flodding in all at once, I guess from it catching up.

Today I get to work and I'm checking my e-mail and I dont have any messages on my phone from last night to today.

Meaning that my phone isn't reciving any of my e-mails anymore.

I went into my e-mail seeings on the VZW BIS page or wahtever, and my two e-mail addresses appear there just fine and seem to have correct settings

I checked data outages in the area and there aren't any listed.

I'm currently in Queens NYC.

can anyone give me any help??? should I be going to the verizon store and seeing if they can do anything for me? I needed my phone to be operational today beacuse I'll be out of the office most of the day and i need my e-mails.

Any help please? thanks in advance!

pull the battery while the device is powered on, and replace it about 30 seconds later. This fixes most issues.

I too noticed emails (BIS) not coming through and/or lagging since this weekend.

I did a battery pull reboot and didn't notice any difference.

I imagine it's a temporary glitch or at least that's what I'm hoping.

R u using HOTMAIL??
I know it's a known issue with Hotmail. Hotmail is slow and sometimes it just doesn't work. I've had the issue. All you can do is resend the service books.

Stupid question but the VZW BIS page is not letting me log in. Anyone is having this issue?

OK ... I was having the same problem! Called tech support 5 times! Was told I needed a hard reset! (This is the solution for every tech who doesn't know how to really solve the problem!) I refused! Finally today I got a young lady who knew exactly what the problem was! It was it outlook!!

On Outlook go to Tools>Accounts>double click the e-mail account>more settings>advanced>highlight the box leave the message on server>10 days

then save.

What is happening is the server is deleting the mail before blackberry can send it to the Storm!

It is not a Verizon or Storm issue. It is Outlok!!! Wow another problem solved!

This forum has helped me so much!! I hope this time I am helping someone!!
