This is the second time this happened
I have 7 phone lines on my account. at least 2 of them are eligible for upgrade. My phone line isn't elgible for a couple more months. I go into the verizon store and purchase the blackberry storm, using my mom's upgrade. The other phone thats eligible for an upgrade is a phone that my mom wanted to cancel. I specifically told them SEVERAL times that I wanted to use the upgrade on my mom's phone number. the employee even repeated the number back to me and seemed to understand what I was saying.
She ended up upgrading the phone line that my mom wanted to get rid of. So now we have a 2 year contract on a phone line we are not gonna use. Thats an extra 300 dollars total.
Its complete bullsh*t. I'm thinking about going to the verizon store to ***** at them. Would there be any significance if I did that? Do they have the power to fix this crap?
