Default Retrieve Calendar from storm

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everybody,

I'm having an issue with an storm upgraded to the latest OS. Some of my calendars items have been deleted from my outlook yet they still remain on my blackberry. There are two calendars on my storm, one associated with my email account that syncs with outlook but don't have the entries I need and another one called default that have the entries but don't sync with outlook. Could you please advice on how to get those entries to sync with outlook again.

Many thanks.

It sounds like you have 2 profiles set up on your device and one of them isn't part of the sync process.

I'm sorry I don't have a certain answer for you as to removing the unwanted one. I would check the Service Books and see if there is an entry for "default" with a CID of CICAL.

This is in Options->Advanced Options->Service Books.

If you can find it, delete it. Make a backup of your phone first if you're worried about losing valid information.

To delete it, highlight it in the Service Book Screen, hit the BlackBerry Button to bring up options, you can then click Delete to remove it.
