I have the plastic holster for it, why is it when its in the holster that it will vibrate then wait like 20 sec and THEN start ringing? I belive its the same even when its on my desk. I do have a custom ring tone that I set. Same thing tho with Text it will vibrate and then 20 sec later DING. Why is this??

You can set just the ring or just vibrate or a combination for in the holster and/or out of the holster. Go to sound profiles and select what you want. If you do select vibrate and tone it will vibrate first before the ring begins.
