I installed the drivers to my computer, and the USB cord works, and yes my phone is connected to the computer (the screen goes black, to the clock and the screen shows the phone with an arrow going to a computer screen)

Anyway, the first time i hooked it up a folder poped up where i could drop pics and music into the storm that way, but ever since then i cant get it to hook up again. and when i go to "my computer" its not there.

Anyway Ideas?

Do you have Mass Storage enabled at Options > Memory?
