Default Storm 9000 from Vodafone

I just received a Storm 9000 (Vodafone),

The problem is this

When i put battery in phone and red light is turn on afther that i see on th main screen a clock, then it like turn off.

I try with desktop manager to update the phone and i see that (Device Connected pin NONE.).

So the software do not see the phone.

Now i do this: i try to update to go in Application loader then Update, and it ask me for a pin, and i take out the battery and put it back and i see (PIN-Unknown), and then it like recognice it and try to install update software.

Then it come the part that in gives you an error after try to (WAITING FOR DEVICE TURN ON).

PLEASE ANY HELP OR IT IS ANOTHER SOFTWARE SO I CAN UPDATE??
