Evening all,

I'm having problems trying to sync my Outlook contacts/appointments.

I am using XP SP3 and have Outlook 2007 and BBDM 4.7 but the only options it gives me are:

<none>
Microsoft Outlook Express
ASCII Importer/Exporter
Yahoo!

The confusing thing is I don't even have Express installed on the machine.

Any ideas please? Alternatively, is there a way I can manage the contacts on my BB through my PC (like you can with the Nokia Suite).

DM is screwed up if it isn't listing Outlook as an option. Re-install it.

Have tried reinstalling it twice now :( Is it worth trying an older version of DM?

coule be a permissions issue also. do you log onto a Windows domain? im thinking maybe youre running the DM install with an account that for what ever reason cant read your outlook profile.

Nope, single user machine where I am admin and not on a network.

Only other thing I could think of is that from Office 2007, Outlook is the only thing installed as I use Office 2003 for everything else. Possibly getting confused?
