I want to move some photos to my Storm however when I goto BB Desktop Manager Media Manager is greyed out and I can not select it. What am I doing wrong? My second question is I can not tell a difference in the volume my pushing the up/down arrows on the Storm. At time mine seems loud and then the volume is pretty low. Is there suppose to be a visual indicator that shows the volume has been increased or decreased?

you could just enable mass storage on your blackberry under options/memory then you can just transfer them like a usb device..

You might hot have installed the Media Manager when you installed the Desktop Software. Try re-installing the Desktop Software and make sure you have the version with Media Manager.

The visual indicator for the volume appears if u touch the screen while playing music. Touch it again to make it dissappear.

How about ringer volume? I know you can goto Sound and select a volume profile but can you change you ringer volume with the up/down arrows?
