i am constantly asked, (about once a day), to verify my outlook email password/account. about half the time, after entering my correct password, i am told it is incorrect. i usually just keep entering the same thing until it finally says that my account is verified. any ideas on how to make this stop?

that means BIS either cant login to your email account, or you set it up wrong. use the BIS website to see if its setup properly, not the BB. the site has a much better interface.
