, I have a VZW Storm brand new with a pre-installed SIM
, Got the unlock code from Veriszon Global Support with no problem but when I entered the code the device gave me a "Code Error, Please Wait" message
. I then verified the code both with Verizon and a local unlock provider and determined that the code mathches the ESN/MEID of the Storm I have. I then proceeded to wipe the phone and reinstalled the OS but the error persists. I also noticed that the the code entry tries do not count down - it's always 10 available. Verisaon also assured me the the phone has a "good" ESN. Any ideas?
