I DLed a movie today, and drag and dropped it into my video's file on my media card. It says the file format is unsupported.

Which format does the 9350 Storm take in order to watch it on my phone?

Or what am I doing wrong?

I agree, I do a lot of MP4 (Since I use a Mac and iTunes) ... I have also use movies in .avi format and have not had any problems.
