how do i go about doing this, i searched but didnt find anything, sorry if this is a repeat. i tried to do the .85 that is clearly not working and i want to go back to the official vzw .75 release and wait for another official release. thanks!

Delete .85 off your computer. Make sure .75 is installed, and then follow the same steps you used to upgrade to .85.

if you uninstall in control panel/add remove programs your previous os then you can do a wipe of your bb and install .75 with dm.. hope this helps..

Yankee, you should be able to contact Verizon and ask them to "push" the wireless download icon to your phone. When it appears, just press it and it will walk you through the process to load .75.

If you can't get them to do it for you, then take your phone to any store. Go to customer service and ask for a tech who is a Blackberry guru. Every store has one. Make an appointment if you have to and don't let an inexperienced tech try it. Drop the phone off and ask them to perform a "factory wipe" and to load .75.

THIS IS TERRIBLE ADVICE!!!!!!!!! .85 OS WILL VOID HIS WARRANTY!!!!

Yankee, downgrade first, never send in or take your device with an unauthorized OS.

Verizon will not, and should not support a unauthorized OS version.
